A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1570,
ENTITLED, "A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING THE BUDGET AND HUMAN
RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR AS TITLE VI AND SECTION 504
COORDINATOR IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS
ACT OF 1964 AND ALL REQUIREMENTS IMPOSED BY THE REGULATIONS OF
THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT,
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, AND KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION", TO
CHANGE THE APPOINTEE FROM THE BUDGET AND HUMAN RESOURCES
ADMINISTRATOR TO DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Municipal Order No. 1570 is hereby amended to read
as follows: "The City of Paducah hereby appoints the Budget and Human Resetir-ees
^ dffli ist tof Director of Human Resources as Title VI and Section 504 Coordinator in
order to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all requirements
imposed by the regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development,
Department of Justice, and Kentucky Housing Corporation.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
