A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1586
ENTITLED, "A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR A REIMBURSEMENT
GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $114,996.00 THROUGH THE KENTUCKY OFFICE OF
HIGHWAY SAFETY FOR SPECIFIC TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT AND EQUIPMENT FOR
THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT" TO CHANGE THE GRANT APPLICATION
AMOUNT TO $135,479.00
WHEREAS, the Paducah Police Department desires to amend the amount of the
grant application from $114,996.00 to $135,479.00.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents necessary for a reimbursement grant through the Kentucky Office of Highway Safety
in the amount of Q"^�o $135,479.00. Said grant funds shall be expended for overtime
traffic enforcement activities and traffic enforcement related supplies and equipment for the
Paducah Police Department. No local cash or in-kind contribution is required.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
