A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN ON-LINE
GRANT APPLICATION TO OBTAIN A 2011 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL GRANT,
THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,121.00, TO
BE USED BY THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby approves the execution of an on-line
grant application to obtain a 2011 Edward Byrne Memorial Grant, through the U.S. Department
of Justice, in the amount of $23,121.00, to be used by the Paducah Police Department for the
purchase of various support materials and equipment. This grant does not require a local cash
match.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
