A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND THE W. C.
YOUNG COMMUNITY CENTER FOR LEASE OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 505
SOUTH EIGHTH STREET
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Lease
Agreement between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the W.C. Young Community
Center. This agreement is for leasing property located at 505 South Eighth Street.
SECTION 2. The term of the aforesaid lease authorized in Section 1
above shall commence on July 1, 2011, and will terminate June 30, 2015. The lease can
be extended for two additional three-year consecutive terms, unless either party gives
written notice of termination no later than 90 days prior to the end of the term or renewal
term.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
