A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE FY2011-2012 FLEET
PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, hereby accepts the Fledt Plan for FY2011-2012 as attached hereto which was
developed by the Engineering -Public Works Department.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
