HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO # 1615MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1615 A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING THE FY2011-2012 PAY GRADE SCHEDULE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY WHEREAS, the City of Paducah desires to implement 1% COLA salary increases and rectify the current number of vacant and filled positions for full-time employees effective July 1, 2011; and WHEREAS, the following vacant positions of Traffic Tech and Maintenance Supervisor in the Engineering/Public Works Department, Risk Manager and Deputy Finance Director are being abolished; and WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director position is established effective June 29, 2011 due to the merging of the Risk Management Department and Human Resources Division of the Finance Department; and WHEREAS, in order to implement the changes it is necessary to adopt the FY2011-2012 Position and Pay Schedule. BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby adopts the FY2011-2012 Pay Grade Schedule for the employees of the City of Paducah, Kentucky as attached hereto. SECTION 2.
