A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING THE FY2011-2012 PAY GRADE
SCHEDULE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah desires to implement 1% COLA salary
increases and rectify the current number of vacant and filled positions for full-time
employees effective July 1, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the following vacant positions of Traffic Tech and
Maintenance Supervisor in the Engineering/Public Works Department, Risk Manager and
Deputy Finance Director are being abolished; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director position is established
effective June 29, 2011 due to the merging of the Risk Management Department and
Human Resources Division of the Finance Department; and
WHEREAS, in order to implement the changes it is necessary to adopt the
FY2011-2012 Position and Pay Schedule.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby adopts the FY2011-2012
Pay Grade Schedule for the employees of the City of Paducah, Kentucky as attached
hereto.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
