A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GRANT APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY THROUGH THE
KENTUCKY OFFICE OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$125,000, FOR THE PADUCAH FIRE DEPARTMENT EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY
APPARATUS PROJECT, PHASE I
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application and
all documents necessary to obtain a 2011 Emergency Power Supply Apparatus grant through the
Kentucky Office of Homeland Security in the amount of $125,000, for funding the Paducah Fire
Department Emergency Power Supply Apparatus Project, Phase I. No local or in-kind
contribution is required.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
