A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $15,000 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE CITY'S WAR MONUMENT ACCOUNT TO
ASSIST IN FUNDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A KOREAN WAR MONUMENT
TO BE PLACED IN DOLLY MCNUTT PLAZA
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $15,000.00, from the Commission Contingency account to the City's War
Monument Account (001-0106-511-8066) to assist in funding the construction of a
Korean War Monument to be placed in Dolly McNutt Plaza.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
