A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $15,000.00 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE PADUCAH RENAISSANCE ALLIANCE
ADVERTISEMENT ACCOUNT FOR THE 2011 LOWERTOWN ARTS AND MUSIC
FESTIVAL
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $15,000, from the Commission Contingency account to the Paducah Renaissance
Alliance Advertisement account (080-4411-592-3901) for the 2011 Lowertown Arts &
Music Festival.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
