A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING A MATCHING MEMBERSHIP
APPLICATION TO THE KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION FOR FUTURE
FUNDING FROM THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUND TO BE USED FOR THE
2010-2011 HOUSEWORKS REPAIR PROGRAM FOR THE FOUNTAIN AVENUE AREA
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City hereby authorizes a matching membership application to
the Kentucky Housing Corporation for future funding to be used for the 2010-2011 HouseWorks
Repair Program for the Fountain Avenue Area.
SECTION 2. This membership will require a local cash match of 50% with funds
from either the Fountain Avenue Construction Financial Assistance Program or the Fountain
Avenue Homeowner Rehabilitation Program.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
