A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY TO
OBTAIN SURPLUS MILITARY PROPERTY FROM THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT
OF DEFENSE FOR THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Memorandum of
Agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky to obtain surplus military property from the
United States Department of Defense.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
