MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1587
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A REIMBURSMENT
GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,000, THROUGH THE KENTUCKY OFFICE OF
HOMELAND SECURITY, 2011 LAW ENFORCEMENT PROTECTION PROGRAM, FOR
THE PURCHASE OF THREE CANINE BODY ARMORS TO BE USED BY THE PADUCAH
POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents necessary to obtain a reimbursement grant in the amount of $3,000, through the
Kentucky Office of Homeland Security, 2011 Law Enforcement Protection Program, for the
purchase of three canine body armors to be used by the Paducah Police Department. No cash or
in-kind match is required.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
