The City of Paducah hereby accepts the donation of real property located at 427 North 6t' Street from Bob Hopper and Brenda Hollis for $1. SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Consideration Certificate in the Deed to accept the donation of property approved in Section 1 above. SECTION 3.
