ORDER NO. 1578
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A 2011 KENTUCKY STATE POLICE
ENFORCING UNDERAGE DRINKING LAW BLOCK GRANT THROUGH THE
KENTUCKY OFFICE OF JUVENILE JUSTICE AND DELINQUENCY PREVENTION FOR
USE BY THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to obtain a 2011 Kentucky State Police Enforcing Underage Drinking Law Block
Grant in the amount of $25,000 through the Kentucky Office of Juvenile Justice and
Delinquency Prevention for educational materials, equipment, and officer overtime hours for the
educational and enforcement components of underage drinking enforcement for use by the
Paducah Police Department. No local match is required.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
