A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A 2015
TRANSPORTATION ALTERNATIVES PROGRAM (TAP) GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$488,560, THROUGH THE KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET, FOR THE
BROADWAY/JEFFERSON STREET TWO-WAY CONVERSION WITH BIKE LANES
PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet requesting a 2015
Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Grant in the amount of $488,560, for the
Broadway/Jefferson Street Two -Way Conversion with Bike Lanes Project.
SECTION 2. Local Cash Match of $122,140 will be provided through existing
fund in project account no. MR0056.
SECTION 3. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
