A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER THE AMOUNT OF $80,861.00 TO THE
POLICE AND FIREFIGHTER'S PENSION FUND
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of $80,861.00, from the Commission Contingency Fund to the Police
and Firefighter's Pension Fund.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
