A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, CENTERPOINT—SUBSTANCE ABUSE RECOVERY CENTER
RESIDENTIAL ANTIDISPLACEMENT AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PLAN UNDER

SECTION 104(d) OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974,
AS AMENDED, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah adopted Ordinance No. 2006-4-7107,
authorizing the acceptance of operational funds from the Kentucky Department for Local
Government (DLG) for the Four Rivers Behavioral Health Recovery Center; and
WHEREAS, the Kentucky Department for Local Government requires the
adoption of a project -specific Residential Antidisplacement and Relocation Assistance Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to comply with the requirements of the grant.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby approves and adopts the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, Centerpoint—Substance Abuse Recovery Center Residential
Antidisplacement and Relocation Assistance Plan under Section 104(d) of the Housing and
Community Development Act of 1974, as amended in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Plan approved and
adopted in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
