A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING THE DIRECTOR OF
PLANNING AND THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLANNER AS
AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES FOR THE KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION
GAP FINANCING POOL DRAW REQUEST FORMS AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO CERTIFY THAT THE TWO SIGNATORIES ARE LEGITIMATE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby appoints Steve Ervin, Director
of Planning and Charles Doherty, Community Development Planner, as authorized
signatories for the Kentucky Housing Corporation GAP Financing Pool Draw Request
Forms and authorizes the Mayor to certify that the two signatories are legitimate.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
