A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF A
PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4550 PECAN DRIVE FROM
STRAWBERRY HILL, LLC, TO BE USED AS AN ENVIRONMENTAL AND
WETLAND MITIGATION SITE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the donation of a
parcel of property located at 4550 Pecan Drive, from Strawberry Hill, LLC.
SECTION 2. That the property authorized in Section 1 above, heretofore
approved for acceptance, is more particularly described as follows:
Being Lot 10 located on Pecan Drive, as depicted on the plat
entitled "Waiver of Subdivision Plat for Lot 10 of the Strawberry Hill
Development", as prepared by David R. Curtsinger, KY P.L.S.,
#3892 of Florence & Hutcheson, Inc., dated July 16, 2010, and
recorded in Plat Section "M", Page 331, McCracken County Clerk's
Office.
The above-described parcel contains: 4.081± acres, (209,384
square feet)
Being a portion of the same tract of land conveyed to the Grantor by
1 deed dated September 25, 2000, which is duly recorded in Deed
Book 943 Page 586, in the office of the County Clerk of McCracken
County, Kentucky.
Said property will be preserved with a conservation easement that will be
perpetual and prohibit specific uses/changes in the land in any manner in accordance with
the approved Environmental, Mitigation, and Monitoring Plan.
SECTION 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Deed of
Conveyance and all documents relating to same to accept the real property from
Strawberry Hill, LLC.
SECTION 4. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
