A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING SECTIONS B, D, F, G, H, I, AND L OF
THE POSITION AND PAY SCHEDULE TO REFLECT PAYROLL ADJUSTMENTS,
ABOLISHING TWO POSITIONS WITHIN THE ENGINEERING -PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT, AND ESTABLISHING THE RATE OF PAY FOR POSITIONS IN THE
PARKS SERVICES AND FINANCE DEPARTMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby amends the Position and Pay
Schedule to reflect the following:
0 Abolishing one Solid Waste Truck Driver position in the Engineering -
Public Works Department, thereby decreasing the number of positions
from 11 to 10
0 Abolishing one Laborer position in the Maintenance Division,
Engineering -Public Works Department, thereby decreasing the number
of positions from 8 to 7
0 Reflecting the current number of filled Concrete Finisher positions due
to transfer of Right -of -Way Maintenance Person
0 Decreasing the hourly rate of the Recreation Superintendent position
0 Establishing the Rate of Pay for filling the vacancy of the
Recreation/Parks Specialist position in the Parks Services Department
0 Establishing the Rate of Pay for filling the vacancy of the Account Clerk
position in the Finance Department
0 Fill Building Inspector position
0 Payroll adjustments for years of service for police and firefighters
0 Adjusting number of filled positions for temporary employees
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
