A MUNICIPAL ORDER RATIFYING THE WAIVER OF THE
BUILDING PERMIT FEE, IN AN AMOUNT UP TO $1,700, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW HEADQUARTERS FACILITY IN THE
INFORMATION AGE PARK FOR KENTUCKY PUBLISHING INC.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah ratifies the waiver of the building
permit fee, in an amount up to $1,700, for the construction of a new headquarters facility
in the Information Age Park for Kentucky Publishing Inc.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect on and after the
date of its adoption.
