A MUNICIPAL ORDER ABOLISHING TABLE 3 -GRADE,
CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY RANGE AND CREATING THE PAY GRADE
SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah, Kentucky, implemented a new Table 3 -
"Grade, Classification and Salary Range" by Municipal Order No. 1071, and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah now desires to audit the table to reflect
adjustments in vacant positions no longer needed, appropriate reclassification of positions
formerly 37.5 hours per week to 40 hours per week, and COLA effective July 1, 2010.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Table 3, "Grade, Classification and Salary Range," for
employees of the City of Paducah is hereby abolished.
SECTION 2. That the City of Paducah hereby adopts a new table, "Pay
Grade Schedule," as attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth
herein and shall become effective June 22, 2010.
SECTION 3. All other municipal orders and parts of other municipal
orders inconsistent or conflicting with any part of this municipal order are hereby
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict.
SECTION 4. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
