A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR A REIMBURSEMENT
,. GRANT IN AN AMOUNT UP TO $91,000 THROUGH THE KENTUCKY OFFICE OF
HIGHWAY SAFETY FOR SPECIFIC TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT AND EQUIPMENT FOR
THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents necessary for a reimbursement grant through the Kentucky Office of Highway Safety
in an amount up to $91,000. Said grant funds shall be expended for overtime traffic enforcement
activities and traffic enforcement related supplies and equipment for the Paducah Police
Department. No local cash or in-kind contribution is required.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
