A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $10,000.00 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE LOWERTOWN ARTS & MUSIC FESTIVAL
ACCOUNT FOR THE LOWERTOWN ARTS AND MUSIC FESTIVAL AND TO
TRANSFER $81,070 FROM THE COMMISSION CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO
THE GENERAL GOVERNMENT ACCOUNT FOR THE ZUMWALT SEVERANCE
PACKAGE PAYOUT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $91,070, from the Commission Contingency account to the Lowertown Arts &
Music Festival ($10,000) account and the General Government account ($81,070) for the
Zumwalt Severance Package payout.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
