A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A FARM LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH AND JOSH GOODWIN FOR LEASE OF THE PROPERTY COMMONLY
REFERRED TO AS THE "LINDSEY FARM" IN McCRACKEN COUNTY,
KENTUCKY FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES ONLY
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Lease Agreement between the City of Paducah, Kentucky and Josh Goodwin. This
agreement is for the lease of 120+/- acres of ground, which is commonly referred to as
the "Lindsey Farm" in McCracken County, Kentucky for agricultural purposes only, and
no other purpose.
SECTION 2. The term of the aforesaid lease authorized in Section 1
above shall commence on January 1, 2010, and shall terminate December 31, 2010.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
