A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING SECTION L OF THE POSITION
AND PAY SCHEDULE AND TABLE 3 PAY RANGES FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY TO CREATE THE POSITION OF OFFICE
MANAGER IN THE PADUCAH RENAISSANCE ALLIANCE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Position and Pay Schedule and Table 3 Pay Ranges
are hereby amended to create the position of Office Manager at the Pay Grade of 56 in
the Paducah Renaissance Alliance Department.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.

Vice officer who is regularly assigned to investigative duties in the Drug and Vice Enforcement Unit (D.A.V.E.), as a detective,
afficer, Emergency Response Team member, Crisis Intervention Team member, Accident Reconstruction Team member
or bomb technician by the Chief of Police and with the approval of the City Manager, shall after the first thirty (30) days of such
assignment, receive additional compensation of forty dollars ($40) per bi-weekly pay period effective December 29, 1992. Special
duty pay shall be discontinued upon reassignment of a police officer to duties other than those described above.
