AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF HUNTER=KNEPSHIELD COMPANY,
IN THE AMOUNT_" OF $3, 7.51. 71, FOR- SALE TO THE' ;CITY PARK'S' DEPARTMENT OF
VARIOUS PLAYGRaUND EQUIPMENT � TO BE USED AT' NOBLE PARK

PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION' 1: Thaf the City 'of' Paducah accept the' bid of Hunter-Knepshield
Company, in the amount of $3,752.71, for sale to the Park's Department of the
following equipment to be used at Noble Park:
1 Eagle's Perch
2 Saddle `Mate Rockets
1 Rocket Climber
1 PiAF -A Way. .
1 Buck -A -Bout (with 4 rocket saddle mates)
1 ' AtorhSplitter Swing
said bid being in sub staihlial - compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement
forbids as was atxthorized'by -`resolution passed by the --98ard=of . Commissioners on
February 14, 1978, and as contained in the bid of Hunter-Knepshield Company, dated
March 2, 1978.
SECTION ....2. _ That the -.City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with Hunter-Knep shield Company for sale to the City of the equip-
ment authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and
all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated- in the bid .
SECTION 3 The purchase price for. said playground equipment shall be
charged to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 5125.
SECTION 4. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for at least one
week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passsage, and if
adopted shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
