ORDINANCE NO. 77-12-1506
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47 "NONCIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES
GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47 "Noncivil Service Employees Generally", of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained
so that same as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Section 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally.
(a) The monthly or hourly rate of compensation of the following noncivil
service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the
designation of such employment, to -wit:

(f) The clerk -typist planning and development department shall be paid at
the rate of $550.00 per month for the first six months of employment; at the expiration
of six months $595.00 per month; at the expiration of one year $605.00 per month; at
the expiration of two years $615.00 per month; at the expiration of three years $625.00
per month, such increases to be made upon recommendation of the city manager.
(g) The office manager, Floodwall Department; shall be paid at: the rate. of
$719'..00 per month for the first year of employment; at the -:expiration -of. one year;'

Physical Fitness Instructions and for thirty (30) separate apollo exercise kits without
physical fitness instructions, for the total sum of $9,100-00, said bid being in
substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was
authorized by resolution passed by the Board of Commissioners on October 25, 1977,
and as contained in the bid of Physical Fitness Institute of America, dated November
3, 1977.

to execute a contract with Physical Fitness Institute of America for sale to the City

have responsibility for:

development program;
