TWO HU _ ` , _. _(4) ,CHAIR TRUCKS, ED (200) .,FOLDING: CHAIRS AND TABL. . _ ~. .. ,. .. _ _ _ TO BE USED AT THE JAYCEE CIVIC CENTER BUILDING, AND PRESCRIBING THE CON- ., .T _, , . . _. ,.._ __.. __ , . ~ . _, ... _ DITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION. 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of approximately twenty (20) folding tables, two _ (4) chair trucks to be used (2) table trucks, two hundred (200) folding chairs ;and, four at the Jaycee Civic Center Building, said tables, chairs and trucks to have the minimum specifications according to the specifications attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein . SECTION 2. The City Manager. shall advertise for bids by a notice posted on the bulletin board. at City Hall and by inserting, notice of the request for bids in r_ the Sun Democrat to be published as required by law. All bids shall be sealed and no bid shall be received after the hour fixed in the notice for the opening of same.
