AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE: FINAL REPORT OF'THE PADUCAH
PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE PROPOSED RESUBDIVISION OF GREATER
PADUCAH INDUSTRIAL - ASSOCIATION AND THE DEDICATION z,
OF A 60 FOOT RIGHT-
OF-WAY TO SE.KNOWN -AS
1DCHARTER. OAK :DRIVE", LOCATED IN'.THE COLEMAN ROAD
INDUSTRIAL SITE BETWEEN COLEMAN ROAD AND I-24, SOUTH OF CAIRO ROAD, AND
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION `OF' THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, the Paducah . Planning -Commission, by resolution dated October
17, 1977, recommended to the Board of Commissioners. of • the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, the adoption of an ordinance' approving the final plat of .said- resubdivision,
which was prepared by'Biagi-Hannan Associates, Inc., and the 'sub divison'reflected
thereon, and `accep't'ing the dedication of the public 'rights=of=way and easements shown
thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT` ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS`
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by 'th'e Paducah • Planning Com-
mission on October 17, 1977, entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL
REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE PROPOSED RE-
SUBDIVISION OF- PROPERTY OF GPIDA AND THE DEDICATION OF A 60 FOOT RIGHT-OF-
WAY TO BE KNOWN AS "CHARTER OAK DRIVE", LOCATED IN THE COLEMAN ROAD
INDUSTRIAL SITE BETWEEN COLEMAN ROAD AND I-24, SOUTH OF CAIRO ROAD", 'be
approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters set forth therein.
SECTION 2. That the resubdivision of said property shall be, and it is
hereby, approved as shown on the plat referred to in said subdivision, which plat
is entitled The Coleman Road Industrial Park, and said property is; hereby- declared
to be subdivided as shown on said plat
SECTION 3. That the dedication of Charter Oak Drive and the other
public rights-of-way and public utility easements shown on said plat shall be, and they
are hereby accepted, but such acceptance shall not constitute an undertaking on the
part of this Board or the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the construction, improving
or maintaining of said rights -of -ways that being a matter for separate consideration
and action.
SECTION 4. That the performance bond requirements of Section 12 (2) (B)
of the Paducah Subdivision Ordinance be waived.
