Being the same land (J. F. Fitzgerald property) con-
veyed to City of Paducah by: -Beni C. LeRoy, City
Treasurer, by deed dated September 14, 1972, and
--,of, record in? Deed. Book., 544,- page 6,13,,.,.in-.- the McCracken
County Court Clerk's office.
SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $500.00 (plus $5.50
for recording fee to be paid by the City) to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Henry L. Lane and
wife, Birdie L. Lane, all of the right, title and interest of the City in the
property described in Section I hereof and 4 that said deed of conveyance shall
be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject to
any state of facts as might be shown by an accurate survey.
SECTION 3. This ordinance "shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
