COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,-AUTHORIZING THE ;MAYOR :.TO APPLY ,FOR AREA DEVELOPMENT': FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF ` $34, 000.00 TO BE USED FOR THE LITTLEVILLE FLOOD ABATEMENT PROJECT BE IT--RESOLVED BY THE BOARD `OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: _ - - SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to apply for Area Development Funds; in the amount of$34,000:00 to. be used, for the Lttlevilie Flood Abatement Project. SECTION 2. That no proposed project exists whereby the City of Paducah and the McCracken County Fiscal Court wish to combine Area Develop- ment Funds allotted to McCracken County. SECTION 3. That such funds shall be used as a match with Community Flood Damage Abatement Program Funds in order to successfully complete the Littleville Flood Abatement Project and that no other funds are available for the project . SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption .
