ORDINANCE NO. 77-5-1417
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $2450.00 WITH B & B
CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY
FOR THE REMOVAL
AND REPLACEMENT OF THE CITY
HALL SIDEWALK
ON THE
EAST SIDE OF CITY HALL, BETWEEN CITY HALL STEPS AND CITY SIDEWALK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah enter into a contract with
B & B Construction Company, for the removal and replacement of the City Hall
Sidewalk on the east side of City Hall, between City Hall steps and City
Sidewalk, for the sum
of Twenty-four
hundred
fifty dollars
($2450.00) .
SECTION 2.
That the City
Manager
be, and he is
hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for the removal and replacement of the sidewalk
described in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for at least one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it
shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and
effect ten (10) days thereafter.
