AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
COMMISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON LONE OAK
ROAD AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE - 1976
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission
on February 7, 1977, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT
OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY
LOCATED ON LONE OAK ROAD", be approved as the final report of said Commission
so as to change the zone classification of the following property from R-4 High Density
Residental Zone to B-3 General Business Zone:
Beginning at a concrete monument marking the
southeast corner of a lot owned by C. A.. Leuten-
mayer at its boundary with property owned by
E. M. Bailey Distributing Company, said monument
also being the current intersection of a B-1, and
R-4 zone, said beginning point being more parti-
cularly located as follows: Beginning at the inter-
section of the existing center lines of Jackson Street
and Lone Oak Road; thence along the center line of
said Lone Oak Road and in a southerly direction
212.55 feet to a point; thence north 87 degrees 57
minutes east 160.48 feet to said concrete monument
and the point of beginning; thence continuing north
87 degrees 57 minutes east 321.59 feet to a concrete
stone; thence south 16 degrees 00 minutes west
378.25 feet to the center line of an existing 50
foot private roadway easement; thence north 77 de-
grees 16 minutes west along the centerline of said
private easement to the point of intersection of the
existing B-1 and R-4 zone a distance of 194 feet
more or less; thence in a northerly direction and
along the line between the existing B-1 and R-4
zone to the point of beginning, a distance of 310.23
feet more or less.
SECTION 2. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance
shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or
invalidity of such section, paragraph orprovision shall not affect any other section,__,
paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make
each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections,
paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
