ORDINANCE NO. 77-1-1366
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF RUDD-WOODALL MOTOR SALES
FOR SALE -TO THE CITY OF A" 1977 FORD E150 CLUB WAGON TO BE USED BY THE
PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT-, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO* EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
" BE' IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the bid- of
Rudd -Woodall Motor Sales in the amount of $5,320.00, for sale to the City of a
1977 Ford E150 Club Wagon to be used by the Parks and Recreation Department,
said -bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertise-
ment for bids as was authorized by Resolution passed by the Board of Commissioners
on November 9, 1976, and as contained in the bid 'of Rudd -Woodall Motor Sales,
dated November -22,--1976.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute a contract with Rudd -Woodall Motor Sales for sale to the City ofa van
type vehicle' authorized in. Section 1 above according to the specifications, bid
proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the
bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said van type vehicle shall be
charged to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 5114.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall. be introduced and remain on file
for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be
put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect
ten days thereafter.
