That the pre-application for Federal assistance, dated December 14, 1976, to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, requesting $493, 000.00 in Federal funds for community development purposes is hereby approved. SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid pre-application and to file same with the Department of Housing and Urban Development . SECTION 3.
