AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SIGNATURE CARD FOR PAYMENT VOUCHERS ON LETTER OF CREDIT . BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Signature Card For Payment Vouchers on Letter of Credit. SECTION 2. That the Director of Planning and Development and the Assistant to the Director of Planning and Development and Program Coordinator are hereby authorized and approved as additional joint signatories for the City of Paducah, Community Development Block Grant Program Account . SECTION 3.
