The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Local Public Works Capital Development and Investment Application to the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration, in the amount of $1,107, 000.00 for the purpose of installing sanitary sewer facilities in the Littleville, North Eighth Street and Metcalf Lane areas of the City of Paducah, Kentucky. SECTION 2.
