BE IT RESOLVED BY THE. BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It is hereby declared that the City of Paducah, Kentucky, will make application for participation -in the Kentucky Law Enforcement Foundation Program Fund, (training incentive program and/or education. incentive program) . SECTION 2 . If accepted for_ participation in the fund, the City of Paducah., Kentucky, shall comply with KRS 15.410 to 15.510 and all. regulations of the Department of Justice relating thereto . SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and retroactive to July 1, 1976 . ,.
