SITE _ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD_OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: .. . ~ ~ -. _ SECTION 1. That the. ,City of Paducah,. Kentucky does hereby accept all right-of-way which is.located within the Coleman Road Industrial Site for the purposes of constructing an industrial access road and does further , by such acceptance agree to be responsible for the maintaining of the said industrial access road from its intersection with the Coleman Road tq its intersection with the northern boundary of the,,, corporate limits, of the City of Paducah , Kentucky . SECTION 2 . That the ,City of Paducah, Kentucky enacts this resolution pursuant to the request of the Department of Highways, Commonwealth o~ Kentucky, and that the Mayor of the City of Paducah, or his authorized representatives, in sq far as the actions are in accord with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky., shall.act,for the., City of Paducah on all. matters_arising pursuant to this resolution. . .SECTION 3.
