AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF ANNIE L . THROGMORTON ,
324 HUSBAND'S`STREET; PADUCAH,~'KENTUCKY, TO PURCHASE' THE INTEREST OF
THE CITY OF` PADUCAH IN PROPERTY ON'THE SOUTH SIDE OF HUSBANDS STREET
EAST` OF 4TH~STR"EET, AND` AUTHORIZiNG THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
- `PADUCAH,,KENTUCKY~ - - -
SECTION" 1. That .the offer of Annie L . Throgmorton in the. amount of
$400'. UO to purchase the interest of the City in -the following described land, be accepted,
said land being described as follows:
Fronting 39 :17 feet on the south side of Husband`s Street
124.08 feet east of 4th Street and 100 feet deep . Being
parts of Lots 8 and 10 in Block 3; and as shown on page ~ ._
9 A , of Block Map Book No . 5 in the office of the City
Engineer. S'ee Deed Book 213, page 438 and Deed Book
210, page 341.
Being the same land (National Savings and Building
Association arid~Willard R;i1ey property)"conveyed to the
City of Paducah by Benjamin C . LeRoy, Treasurer, by
deed dated May 25, 1976, and of record in Deed Book 583s
Page 61 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office .
SECTION 2. Upon payment of the sum of $400.00 to the City Treasurer,
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Annie L.
Throgmorton all the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in
Section 1 hereof , and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only , shall contain no
warranty as to title, and shall be subject to any state of fact that might be shown by an
accurate survey .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption .
