AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE-OFFER OF WARDELL ROSS AND WIFE,
LOIS ROSS, T2'3 HUSBANDS STREET; PADUCAH; KENTUCKY,~TO PUR:CHASE'THE
INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN THE' LOT AT 721 .HUSBANDS STREET
THEREIN, FOR THE SUM OF $185.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A~ QUITCLAIM DEED ' :
BE IT ORDAINED BY-'THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS O'F" THE-'CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the offer of Wardell Ross and wife, Lois Ross, in the
amount of $185.00 to purchase the interest of the City in the following described land,
be accepted, said land being described as follows:
Being known as 721 Husbands Street, fronting
40 feet on the 'north side of °Husbands Street
67-feet, more or less, east of 8th Street, 100
fe'ef deep, and as shown on page 40 "of Block Map
" 'Book No . 5 iri the office of the City" Engineer ;
See Deed Book 516, page 589.

' " " Being the same land (Mary Tyler and Richard Tyler
property) conveyed to the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
by Benjamin C. LeRoy, Treasurer, by deed dated October
14, 197.E and of record in Deed Book 575, page 626 in the
McCracken County Court Clerk's Office.
SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $185.00 to the City Treasurer,
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Wardell Ross
and wife Lois Ross, all of the right, title and interest of the City in the property described
in Section 1 hereof , and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only , shall contain no
warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an
accurate survey .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption .
