The City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby declare its intention to continue ao participate in the Kentucky Law. Enforcement Foundation Programs under the terms and conditions as previously set forth, in Ordinance No. 73-3-775 adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 13, 1973, and Ordinance No. 73-7-858. as adopted by the Board of Commissioners on July 24, 1973. SECTION 2 .
