That any joint combination of the City Manager, Director of Community Development Housing, and Community Development Housing Financial Officer shall be considered authorized signatories on the above checking account established for the distribution of the Section 8 Existing Housing Program Funds , and .. .. .. _ ~ SECTION 2. That the Director of Community Development Housing and/or the Community Development Housing Financial Officer be authorized to execute and certify all necessary instruments in accordance with Federal guidelines for the Section 8 Existing Housing Program .
