Home My WebLink AboutKentucky DOT - topics plan72 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH PERTAINING TO THE PADUCAH TOPICS PLAN; AND FURTHER STATING THAT THE CITY OF PADUCAH SHALL MAKE ALL NECESSARY PARKING ALTERATIONS TO CONFORM WITH THE PADUCAH TOPICS PLAN BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor be , and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enter into an agreement by and between the Commonwealth of Kentucky , Department of Transportation, and the City of Paducah pertaining to the Paducah TOPICS Plan. SECTION 2. That the City of Paducah does hereby resolve to make all necessary parking alterations, upon the advice of it's City Engineer, in order to conform with the Paducah TOPICS Plan. SECTION 3.
