ORDINANCE NO. 76-1-1220
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT WITH LAMBERT ROOFING COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $1, 500.00 FOR
REPAIRS TO THE CITY HALL BUILDING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with Lambert Roofing Company in the amount of
$1, 500.00 for repairs to the City Hall building; said repairs are to include, but not
be limited to, the lantern or pyramid, re-sealing all windows and repair the roof area
around the base of the lantern, and to furnish all labor and materials for the aforesaid
projects and to further provide a three (3) year guarantee of the aforesaid work.
SECTION 2 . Account No . 9094 shall be charged with the aforesaid contract
price .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for one
week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final
passage , and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter .
