That the name of the street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, beginning at 21st Street and ending at 25th Street, be -and- it is hereby, changed from "C" Street to Brooks Stadium Drive. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication in full.
