That Subsection (a) . of Section -2-47 "Noncivi I Service Employees Generally"-,,- of the Code -of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that same as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows: !'Section 2=47.
