SECTION 2. That Account No. 1726 shall be charged with- the afore= said expenditure. 'S`ECTION 3. An.emerge-ncy-'is -declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in -full effect "upon one- reading due .to the fact that the original invoice "was 1ost and to avoid incurring any additioral late charges. Kentucky Hydra=Power is the only supplier in- this area.
