MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1830
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH BARBEQUE ON THE RIVER,
INC., FOR PROVIDING IN-KIND THE AVAILABLE PUBLIC RESOURCES,
PERSONNEL AND PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY NEEDED FOR THE SUCCESS OF
THE BARBEQUE ON THE RIVER FUNDRAISER EVENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby approves the agreement
with BBQ On The River, Inc., for providing in-kind the available public resources,
personnel and public right-of-way, needed for the success of the Barbeque On the River
fundraiser event.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
agreement approved in Section 1 above with Barbeque on the River, Inc. This agreement
shall expire December 31, 2017.
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be effective from and after the
date of its adoption.
